The Bogart family has owned and run the motel ever since it was built. Garth and Margaret Bogart started from the bottom up with two little cabins before expanding to include two motel rooms. Garth worked away from home, leaving his wife, Margaret, to handle the company. After Garth’s death, Margaret and her son David ran the business along with his wife Diane. After Margaret’s passing, David and his wife Diane took over management of the business, keeping with Garth and Margarets’ personal warmth and satisfaction for their visitors.
